Stephanie Sikora

Stephanie Sikora is Owner of Sikora Solutions, Professional Organizer, Life Systems Expert, Speaker, and Author of Simplified: A Real Life Guide to Organizing Your Space and Saving Your Sanity.

For nearly two decades, Stephanie streamlined life-saving healthcare procedures and high-stress operating room processes. Now, she helps leaders, business owners, real estate agents and parents cut time-wasters, clear the clutter, and simplify the way they do business—and live life.

Stephanie has two beautiful daughters, a big hairy golden retriever, and a partner in her husband, Mark. In her spare time she can be found on the running trails or enjoying some wine with her friends. Stephanie holds two Masters degrees and is an in-demand speaker.

Travel is my favorite! When I was 30 I traveled to Croatia and kayaked in Bosnia. For our honeymoon, my husband and I traveled to Malaysia. My husband has been to all 7 continents. I surprised him for his 40th birthday with a trip to Antarctica. No, I did not go with him. Brrrr…

I am such a homebody! I would rather be home than out eating dinner or at a concert. Nerd alert, I know!

Hilary

Melissa is a dynamic and energetic member of our team. Melissa has a background in business & teaching, with a knack for planning and bringing order to chaos.

Melissa enjoys creating systems to simplify daily life so you can spend more time enjoying family and adventure.

Fun fact about Melissa, she climbs one of Colorado’s 14er’s every summer, and is currently working on number 11!

Hilary Chalk is the Client Experience Coordinator of Sikora Solutions. With a background in business administration and a passion for systems, Hilary ensures every last detail of the client's home and experience exceeds expectations.

Hilary has extensive experience leading teams and streamlining solutions helping Sikora Solutions to be the leading organization team in Colorado and beyond.

She loves organizing because of the sense of peace it brings. She says she is happier and much more productive when her space is well organized! A fun fact about Hilary, she has bungee jumped off the tallest bridge in the world!

I am a mother of two, a former 8th grade teacher, and I love to cook and craft.

The feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction we get when we finish a project brings me joy. It is so rewarding to see the weight lifted from our clients’ shoulders.

A fun fact about me is that I have lived in 3 other countries.

I’m a mother of three littles! I enjoy reading, baking and planning my next vacation.

In the past 15 years, I’ve lived in 8 houses in three states. Boxes and clutter make me nervous.

The best part of my job is to see the joy on the clients face!

After nearly 25 years as a fundraiser for a variety of organizations, I decided to work on passion projects, such as home organization. It gives me such joy to see a closet, pantry, bedroom transform into a space of the client's dreams! Decluttering and finding just the right place for that dish or those clothes is just the best, and it is so fulfilling to witness the client's joy.

Fun fact about me - as a child, I would climb over my back fence and bareback ride the horses in the pasture behind my house. Very Little House on the Prairie!

I have always had a love for design and organizing spaces! After working in Hospitality for years, I always find myself rearranging server stations, storage rooms, offices, and anything I can get my hands on. Not only do I make things functional but also beautiful!

The layout, systems, and design of a space can shift productivity and mood and I am so happy to be able to elevate clients' lives through my passion.

A fun fact about me is that I am working on becoming a Yoga Instructor and love to paddle board.

I am the mother of two wonderful girls. My husband and I are both natives of Colorado.

My professional background is in organization development, process improvement and training in the higher education sector.

One of my greatest passions is home organization. This passion is driven by the desire to save time. Time saved on daily tasks means more time for our family to have fun together, whether it be watching a movie at home or traveling to a foreign country.

I taught kindergarten and first grade for a decade, before joining Life Made Simple. I love organization because of its power! Through streamlining our spaces, we can maximize efficiency in countless facets of our lives, and most importantly, save our precious time.

Speaking of spaces, the library is my happy place. I read (or listen to) a new book every week.
